The talented LA-based dancer / singer / songwriter drops her brand new single, “High No More”, on Thursday a mid-tempo pop ditty that she co-wrote.
Of the song’s intriguing title, Ilana shares that the track is about being bored in a relationship – that moment when that loved-up high is gone because the person you’re with isn’t giving their all anymore and the frustration has seeped in:
“They’ve gotten too comfortable in the relationship and you know they’re capable of being dope but they aren’t trying and you need more.”
